There are two ways the library can help.
If you need a book only temporarily, you can request an interlibrary loan. If another library has the book, they may be willing to loan it to the BCCC library, and we will loan it to you. Begin this process by filling in the form at the link, or by asking at the library. Most college libraries, including ours, will not lend textbooks being used for their courses. Interlibrary loan of books can take up to two weeks on average.
If you think a book is one that the library should add to its collection permanently, you can request that as well. If the library staff agree, we will try to acquire the material.
